I only got the help I needed when Dr Brock came back from vacation. I went to 3 doctors and they got xrays and gave medicine and sent me home. I knew Dr. Brock would listen to me and not make me feel silly.

I met Dr Brock in the hospital when I had no choice but to use him. His level of care, however, made him my first choice. Equally impressive is the response others have when they hear that he is now my doctor. Clearly he has an established history of premium patient care!!

Being in Healthcare I have not always been a great patient and have always been very direct but Charels won me over with his mannerism and knowledge. Very impressive.

Dr Charles Brock is one of the greatest doctors that I know, because not only that he was my mother's doctor and she loved him dearly she was 84 years old when the Lord called her home, and he was a great doctor to her.

Dr. Charles Brock has great bedside manners, he listens to his patients; he suggests medication to patients according to their symptoms as he shares the information, such as side effects to the medication, and allows the patient to decide if he/she want to try the medication. He is a very caring doctor, and he spends as much time as needed to prescribe the necessary and correct care plan for his patients.

Dr. Brock is an excellent doctor. Always very attentive and able to discuss medical prescription options and best results for getting well. Only issue I have is Cleveland Medical Mall needs to hire more doctors so I can get in to see Dr. Brock sooner. Thank you!
